"I feel like Sectioning of the Filum Terminale (SFT) in Barcelona has improved by quality of life. I had Chiairi 12.7mm, cervical syrinx C3-T1 which was dilated, cervical kyphosis, and Dysautonomia. Before surgery, I had a failed decompression surgery and had no other options given to me, and I was going downhill pretty quickly. I was becoming paralyzed in my upper body, my nervous system was failing me and I was becoming very sick like I was dying. I can now say that any signs of paralysis are now gone. I have gained back a lot of strength, proper blood flow, and sensations in my nerves. My Dysautonomia is almost completely gone and I haven't gotten sick once since surgery. I still have quite a bit of healing to do, but I can say that I feel 85%-90% improved and overall, I have no regrets.
